Adam is a highly accomplished professional with extensive experience in Organic and natural gardening, permaculture, forest gardening, vegetable production and kitchen gardening, landscaping, and design. He takes a holistic approach to gardening, design and practices, which has led to great success in his field. As the former head gardener at Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall's River Cottage HQ in Devon he oversaw the cultivation of the estate's gardens with exceptional expertise and knowledge. Adam has also worked for the great British designer Sir Jony Ive in the Cotswolds, as well as working on BALI (British Association of Landscape Industries) award winning landscaping projects by leading landscape designer Arabella Lennox-Boyd.
Adam's work on various gardens across the UK and Europe, including a number of award-winning projects, has earned him a reputation as a skilled and innovative designer. He designed and created the Edible Show Garden for The RHS Hampton Court Palace Garden Show, as featured on BBC’s Gardeners' World and has taught numerous courses on gardening, vegetable growing, and cob oven building, and has participated in the River Cottage Reunited TV Series.
